During my time at Epsilon, I didn’t just help write our email and banner ads—I wrote the book. My creative directors asked me to develop copy best practices and tone of voice translation for these popular mediums. Why? Because I write a ton of emails and display ads. What was the result? Working alongside an art director, I created two detailed yet concise guides that helped our team develop snappy, compelling copy that stayed true to our brand tone of voice and challenged the status quo of what we used to do.
